The General Objective of Women4AGreenEU is to increase the participation and success of women in the green technology sector through a comprehensive multi-level strategy that integrates advocacy, policy experimentation, and educational empowerment, directly supporting the European Green policy agenda, including the Social Rights Action Plan, the Green Deal Industrial Plan, the Pact for Skills and the Osnabrück Declaration.
